Areen Fleet is provided by A&A Terra Inc, a Texas corporation. By using Areen Fleet you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
Areen Fleet is for licensed motor carriers with active operating authority and required insurance. We may refuse or end access for carriers that fail our safety checks.
Your responsibilities
- You approve every offer and booking, and you are responsible for the loads you accept.
- You keep your own subscriptions with load boards and other services, and follow their terms.
- You keep your login private and give accurate information.
Our service
Price suggestions and load rankings are estimates to help you decide; they are not guarantees. Third-party services we connect to may change or stop their APIs, and we are not responsible for their availability.
Fees
Fees are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
